The Oakville Literacy Council is a non-profit, volunteer group providing tutoring to adults in reading, writing, and basic math.
Our service is:
Free Confidential Flexible One-on-one Professional Effective Goal-oriented.
The Council serves adults aged 19 and over who speak English.
